You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within the return period of 14 days. Moonloft will refund any item(s) within 10 working days, provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled or altered and that all labels and tags are attached. The unused item has to be returned in its original packaging for a refund. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchange on earrings and pierced jewelry.

You can return your items by sending them back or by bringing them to our store in Zwolle (you can find the adress on the right or below). Below you find our return form. Print it out and fill in our return form and send it with your package to the adress below. If the goods are used, worn, damaged, incomplete or not been send back in it original box then moonloft is not obliged to take back the item.

De retourkosten van een retourzending zijn voor eigen rekening. De verantwoordelijkheid van het per post te retourneren product ligt bij de afzender. De kosten voor een standaardpakket bij PostNL vanuit Nederland liggen tussen de €3.95 en ca. €6,95. We adviseren sterk om jouw retourpakket aangetekend te versturen voor €8,60.

Retourzendingen zijn voor risico van de koper. Dit houdt in dat Moonloft niet aansprakelijk is voor het beschadigen en/of zoekraken van retour gestuurde artikelen. Vraag daarom bij het postkantoor altijd om een verzendbewijs! Let op: bewaar deze totdat de refund van jouw retouritems correct verwerkt is. Dit is namelijk jouw bewijs van retournering.

Exchange
We only offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item then we advise you to return the unwanted item and make a new order for the item(s) or size(s) you prefer.

Refund
Up to 14 working days may pass between the receipt of the return and the refund procedure. The time period depends upon your particular payment. Once your order has been processed your will receive an email confirmation of your return. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.  

Damaged/ Misshipped Items
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will take back the item, exchange it against a new one or credit you the purchase price and sales tax. To do so please go back to Returns.
